Standard saver shipping – Please allow 4 – 5 working days - Royal Mail
Next day shipping – (Please place orders before 12.30pm
Free next day shipping on orders over £100 if placed by 12.30pm

Timings of delivery
Orders placed before 12.30pm will be dispatched the same day (excluding weekends & bank holidays).
Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day (excluding weekends & bank holidays).
Orders placed at weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
If your address is inaccessible this is not our responsibility if the courier cannot gain access.

Returns
We are happy to accept returns for damaged products or if you are unhappy with your product it must be returned sealed and unopened.
If you receive faulty or tampered with goods please contact us below before returning so we can have a better understanding of your return.
We ask that all items in the order are checked immediately upon receiving and that any faulty items be returned within 28 days. If the 28 days have exceeded please get in touch with your skincare representative.
We aim to process returns within 7 working days. Please send all returns RECORDED delivery. We will not cover return delivery costs or be liable for lost returns.
We will no longer refund goods after 28 day period..

Deliveries - Signed for first class - once an item has be signed for at the location with proof of delivery the goods are no longer our responsibility.

Goods that are carded and located at the APC or Royal Mail collection depot it is your responsibility to arrange re delivery or collection.

If you wish to cancel a dispatched order you much accept delivery or collect before returning.

It must be returned to us by recorded delivery. Once we receive unopened good we will refund your order.

We do not refund delivery costs.
