Are MediMD online courses accredited ?

Yes all our courses are accredited with CPD and are awarded with CPD training points for the hours of study.

 

Are MediMD online courses insurable ?

Do you accept finance ?

Yes we do. If you select the PayPal option at the checkout you can apply for Pay later finance through PayPal offering you 3 monthly interest free payments. We also offer Laybuy finance at the checkout option.

Are all the products included in the training ?

You are training in MediMD cosmeceutical products our courses only cover our products. Each kit comes with everything you need to start professional treatments in your clinic right way.

Can more than one therapist be trained per kit ?

Yes. If you own a clinic and have more than one therapist we have an offer on at the moment to train up to 2 therapists per kit.

 

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes you will receive a printed copy of your certificate in the post for you to display in your clinic as recognition of your training. 

 

How do I order my training and products?

Please register your application via the registration form in the online store. We will require you to upload a copy of your insurance or qualification.

 

Will I receive a training manual?

Our training manuals are printed hard copies you will receive with each course. It is important you keep the manuals for reference after training.

 

Where can I purchase MediMD products for my clinic?

Once you have trained with us you will have access to our professional online shop to purchase all our products and consumables for your clinic. Alternatively simply call us to place your order. One of our skin experts are available by phone and we take payment over the phone. 

 

Does MediMD provide me with my consultation forms?

Yes we provide you with all your skin analysis forms medical history and consent forms ready for your clinic. We have a downloadable resources section in our training portal.

 

Will I be offered on going support?

Our skin experts are always online or on the telephones to answer any questions you will have. If you prefer a zoom call can be arranged. WE also provide quick reference training matrix's to help you recap.

 

Are all the courses online based learning ?

Yes for the time being, we developed our courses for beauty therapists medics and non medics to self learn our product protocol online to save time and cost to your business. 

 

Can I buy more than one course?

Yes of course all our courses cover our product protocols so you are ready to use the MediMD clinical range in your clinic.

 

How long do I have access to the course?

For as long as you need too. You will have your printed training manual for reference and we have a youtube Channel where you can access the training videos.
